• 20ml lemon juice

Instructions:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add raspberry vodka, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
3. Shake well until chilled.
4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
5. Garnish with fresh berries or a lemon twist.

2. Barbie Frozen Cosmo

Ingredients:

• 50ml vodka
• 15ml lime juice
• 22ml Cointreau
• 22ml cranberry juice
• Crushed ice
• Lime for garnish

Instructions:

• In a blender, combine vodka, dash of lime juice, Cointreau, cranberry juice, and ice.
• Blend until smooth
• Serve in a coupe or martini glass
• Garnish with lime extra touch of elegance.
• Sip and savour the dreamy pink delight!

3. Malibu Barbie Colada

Ingredients:

• 45ml Malibu coconut rum
• 60ml pineapple juice
• 30ml coconut cream
• 15ml lime juice
• Freeze dried strawberries
• Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions:

• Fill a blender with ice cubes.
• Add Malibu coconut rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and lime juice.
• Blend until smooth and creamy.
• Separate mixture into 3.
• Blend freeze dried strawberries into 1 third.
• Add larger portion of freeze dried strawberries to another third.
• Dip edge of glass into simple syrup and dip into toasted coconut.
• Layer the different coloured mixtures into a tall glass.
• Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
• Transport yourself to a tropical paradise with each sip!

4. Fairy Floss Delight

Ingredients:

• 45 mls Vodka ( we tried Byron Bay Spirits Company)
• 150 mls Bundaberg Pink Grapefruit Soda
• Pkt Fairy Floss
• Sugar Syrup
• 100’s & 1000’s

Instructions:

• Rim your glass with some sugar syrup and dip into the 100’s & 1000’s.
• Set glass aside.
• Add Vodka & Grapefruit soda to your cocktail shaker and shake till combined.
• Pour into your glass and top with fairy floss.
• Enjoy!

5. Glamourous Pink Lady

Ingredients:

• 60ml gin
• 30ml applejack or apple brandy
• 20ml grenadine
• 15ml lemon juice
• 1 egg white
• Ice cubes
• Maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions:

• In a shaker, combine gin, applejack, grenadine, lemon juice, and egg white.
• Dry shake (without ice) for about 10 seconds to froth the egg white.
• Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
• Strain into a chilled coupe cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a maraschino cherry on top.
• Sip like the glamorous Pink Lady herself!
