After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Clinq containing your order details, and shipping and tracking information shortly after.
Our standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.95. We may offer an Express service at peak periods at an increased cost. We currently do not ship outside of Australia. Delivery timeframes can vary due to postal and courier volumes, and please understand this is out of our control. Standard shipping typically takes between 4-7 days, and express services 2-3 days.
Clinq endeavours to dispatch orders within 2 days, however, if there is a delay, we will notify you within 2 days of the order being placed.
CLINQ accepts no liability for the loss or damage of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the Customer delivery instructions and our terms and conditions.
Should a customer or any person not be present at the delivery address (home or business) when delivery is attempted, depending on the courier, it may be taken to the nearest Post Office, or a missed-delivery card will be left/email received. It is the responsibility of the customer to reschedule a suitable delivery time with the courier provider (tracking information is sent with all orders).
If you request Authority to Leave in the checkout notes, CLINQ cannot be held responsible for an item being lost (when the courier has marked it as delivered).
If an order has not arrived, please notify us within 21 days of the order. Notifications or claims outside of 21 days cannot be processed due to limitations imposed on us by our couriers.
When we have new stock en-route, we open up pre-orders approx 6 weeks in advance of the expected dispatch date. We import the majority of our beautiful products and so are susceptible to changes of vessel schedules and associated delays. In the event that your product will be dispatched later than the date shown on the website, we will get in touch with you as soon as we know with the latest ETA. You can cancel a pre-order at any time in advance of the dispatch date by E-Mailing us.
