After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Clinq containing your order details.
We have three flat rate shipping categories which are automatically determined by product size, and we ship nationally throughout Australia. We currently do not ship outside of Australia.
Clinq endeavours to ship order items within 2 days, however, due to the nature of the business, there may be a lead time for your item so shipping could take longer. In this case, we will notify you within 2 days of the order being placed.
Delivery addresses cannot be altered once an order has been placed. We cannot accept PO boxes for the delivery address.
Clinq accepts no liability for the loss or damage of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the Customer delivery instructions and our terms and conditions.
Should a customer or any person not be present at the delivery address (home or business) when delivery is attempted and no ‘authority to leave’ was provided, it is the responsibility of the customer to reschedule a suitable delivery time with the courier provider.
Selecting ‘Authority to Leave’ at the checkout gives the courier the authority to leave the delivery at your delivery address in the event that no one is home to receive it. When Authority to Leave is selected, Clinq cannot be held responsible for an item being lost (when the courier has marked it as delivered).
If an order has not arrived, please notify us within 21 days of the order. Notifications or claims outside of 21 days cannot be processed.
