RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We’re sure that you’ll love the Clinq range of products, but in the unlikely event that you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help! You can return your order (or part of), as long as it’s unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving it. Unfortunately, we’re not able to cover the shipping cost of returns for change of mind, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

We’d be devastated if you received a damaged or faulty good, so if this has happened, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact page – we’ll get a replacement shipped out to you as fast as we can.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned product, we’ll let you know and keep you updated on the progress on your refund. The funds will be credited to the payment method used to make the purchase and typically takes up to 5 business days (depending on your financial institutions policies).
