Ingredients:
- 30 ml Cointreau
- 30 ml Blanco Tequila
- 30 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 6 drops Aromatic Bitters
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker and add ice
- Shake and strain into a cinnamon sugar-rimmed coupe glass
- Garnish with rosemary sprig
Holiday Cosmopolitan
Ingredients:
- 20 ml Cointreau
- 40 ml Vodka
- 20 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 20 ml Cinnamon Clove Cranberry Syrup
Method:
- To make the syrup: Add 1 cup cranberries, 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 1 stick cinnamon, 5 cloves in a saucepan and heat up until boiled
- Add all ingredients into Shaker and shake until well chilled
Holiday Jam
Ingredients:
- 20ml Cointreau
- 40 ml Vodka
- 20 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 10 ml Cranberry Juice
- 1 Bar Spoon Blackberries
Method:
- Add all ingredients into Shaker and shake until well chilled
- Strain into chilled glass
- Garnish with a blackberry
